Every week for the last decade, we’ve been spicing up Monday nights with our in-house band, The Bandits, delivering night after night of jazzy tunes, good vibes and even better cocktails. After a decade of this enthralling evening, we wanted to celebrate the things that are instrumental to Moonshine Mondays – live music and classic cocktails.
Just as no two jazz performances are the same, classic cocktail recipes change and evolve over time, from person to person and bar to bar. With this in mind, we’ve put our own spin on some of our favourite cocktails, so you can enjoy the classics from both the bar and the band.
