2ml Tempus Fugit Creme de Cacao
2ml Patisserie Bitters
8ml Tonka Syrup

Buter, Brecon Chocolate Flakes

Method:

Measure out 7.5g butter and 10g Brecon Chocolate flakes per 100ml whisky. Add both to a bowl and bain-marie until melted. Pour into whisky, stir and place in a freezer for 24 hours. Pass through a muslin-lined sieve then a coffee filter to remove all solids.

Tonka Beans, Sugar, Demerara Sugar, Water

Method:

Mix 1g tonka beans, 50g granulated sugar and 50g demerara sugar per 100g water in a pan. Heat very gently for 45 minutes, stirring to dissolve the sugar, then strain and bottle.
