37.5ml Hennesey VS Cognac
12.5ml Giffard Cacao Blanc
25ml Hazelnut and Macademia Orgeat
30ml Vegan 50/50
2.5ml 10% saline solution

Garnish/Serve:

Chocolate hazelnut on mini wooden spoon

Recipes:


Alpro Almond Milk, Oatly Vegan Oat Cream

Method:

Mix equal parts Alpro almond milk and Oatly vegan oat cream.

Hazelnuts, Macadamia Nuts, Water, Sugar

Method:

Roast blanched hazelnuts at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking the tray lightly every 5 minutes to turn them. 

Mix roasted hazelnuts and macadamia nuts in equal parts. Lightly crush, and add to hot water at a ratio of 1:5 nuts:water. Once cooled, place in a fridge for 24 hours. Pass through a sieve then through a nut milk bag to remove all solids. At sugar at 1:1 ratio, stir until dissolved and bottle.

Method:


  1. Add all ingredients to boston and shake.
  2. Fine strain into iced ceramic collins.
