Pioneers and Revolutionaries
6. Menu 2019 – ‘Pioneers & Revolutionaries’
Welcome to Pioneers & Revolutionaries
This is a signature drinks list inspired by a collection of our favourite scientists from various fields and time periods. Some of them you will have heard of, some of them you should have heard of, and all of them were influential in shaping the world we know today. Our menu consists of 14 cocktails, organised with the lighter, taller drinks at the front and the stronger, darker drinks towards the back. Each one has a key to denote its approximate ABV and volume, which looks like this:

Light Option: Some of our cocktails are available alcohol free, replacing the spirit with the ingenious Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Spirits range. We have lovingly attributed these to our favourite scientific liar, Thomas Edison, as he most likely would have claimed they were his idea and promptly patented them. Look for this symbol to see if a cocktail is available alcohol-free.
